Great job. I liked your methodical and systematic presentation. Whether it's a new or intermediate-level domainer, they're bound to get great value out of your book. Additionaly, I feel that SEO and SEM specialists can enhance their domain-related knowledge from the knowledge you're sharing.
I found that the section on domain appraisal demystifies the valuation process and for someone who's not familiar, you list the criteria so that newbies can tell a $20 and $2000 domain apart.
I also found the coverage of the domain sale process and legal issues involved (especially when cease and desist letters are sent) to be informative, and more importantly practical.

After searching the internet I have not found one other book
