Adelaide: Most people have files on their computer that they deleted and do not want others to see. It may be confidential documents, their credit card numbers, pictures, or log files. You can delete all of those files and empty the Recycle Bin. However, everything that was written in those files will remain hidden on the hard drive until that space is needed for another file. Even reformatting your *Overwrites deleted files without harming your other files or programs.
