What's more, I'm so fanatical about optimizing PC performance that I treat it almost like a sport! How to disable a "sneaky performance-draining process" (running by default on Windows Vista) which is totally unnecessary for the average PC user.

Night after night, I've been glued to my screen testing all my tricks and tactics for squeezing every drop of performance out of my PC... and to cut a long story short, I've finally cracked it!
